Schnitzel Traudy Style Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 veal steaks about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick | ||
| Bacon Slices | 6 | |
| Swiss Cheese slice | 6 | |
| 6alt and pepper | ||
| Egg | ||
| Milk | ||
| Oil | ||
| Breadcrumbs | ||
| Oil to fry | ||
Directions
1. Cook the slices of bacon under a broiler until just done.
2. Lay the bacon and cheese on top of the veal steaks and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Make a roll and tuck in ends of veal.
3. Mix egg, milk and a dash of oil together and dip the veal rolls into the mixture and then coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry until golden brown.
