Szechuan Style Cottage Cheese & Bean Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic - 3 large cloves , chopped | ||
| Celery | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Red chili paste - 2 tsp | ||
| Readymade Schezuan sauce - 2-3 tbsp | ||
| Cottage cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bean sprouts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Spinach - 6-8 leaves, stemmed | ||
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a broad pan or a wok, heat the oil.
2 Add in the garlic, celery, onion, ginger and sauté for a few seconds.
3 Add in the chili paste, Schezuan sauce and salt, mix well.
4 Add in the cottage cheese, bean sprouts and spinach.
5 Toss lightly to coat well.
SERVING
6 Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
