Ingredients

 Garlic - 3 large cloves , chopped
 Celery1 Tablespoon, chopped
 Onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Ginger1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Red chili paste - 2 tsp
 Readymade Schezuan sauce - 2-3 tbsp
 Cottage cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bean sprouts1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Spinach - 6-8 leaves, stemmed
 Oil1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 To taste

Directions

MAKING
1 In a broad pan or a wok, heat the oil.
2 Add in the garlic, celery, onion, ginger and sauté for a few seconds.
3 Add in the chili paste, Schezuan sauce and salt, mix well.
4 Add in the cottage cheese, bean sprouts and spinach.
5 Toss lightly to coat well.

SERVING
6 Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
