Scandinavian Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients

| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Ground pork | 3/4 Pound | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (SAUCE) | |
| Flour | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (SAUCE) | |
| 2 tablespoons beef flavor instant bouillon | ||
| Nutmeg | 1/8 Teaspoon (SAUCE) | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon (SAUCE) | |
| Milk | 4 Cup (16 tbs) (SAUCE) | |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; mix well.
Shape into 48 meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
Place meatballs in ungreased 15x10xl inch baking pan.
Bake at 350°F. for 55 to 60 minutes or until meatballs are well browned; drain.
Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat.
Stir in flour, bouillon, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Cook 1 minute until smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Gradually stir in 4 cups milk.
Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add meatballs to sauce; keep warm.
