Ingredients

 Potato1 Medium, cut in to chunks
 Skim milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion flakes1 Teaspoon, dehydrated
 Fish fillets8 Ounce
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Bay leaf1/2
 Margarine1 Teaspoon
 Dill1/2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Using very low heat, simmer potato in skim milk with salt, pepper and onion flakes.
In separate saucepan, immerse fish in 3 cups boiling water with salt and bay leaf.
Cook gently at low simmer for 5 minutes, and drain.
Combine fish and potato mixture in serving bowl.
Add margarine and dill.
