Scandinavian Fish Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| Potato | 1 Medium, cut in to chunks | |
| Skim milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion flakes | 1 Teaspoon, dehydrated | |
| Fish fillets | 8 Ounce | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Bay leaf | 1/2 | |
| Margarine | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dill | 1/2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Using very low heat, simmer potato in skim milk with salt, pepper and onion flakes.
In separate saucepan, immerse fish in 3 cups boiling water with salt and bay leaf.
Cook gently at low simmer for 5 minutes, and drain.
Combine fish and potato mixture in serving bowl.
Add margarine and dill.
