Scampi Al Moro Recipe
Ingredients
| Jumbo shrimp, 8 per person | ||
| Butter | ||
| Olive oil | ||
| Lemon juice | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cut shrimp in two, lengthwise, without removing shells.
Baste with oil.
Rub with salt and pepper.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake in medium hot oven 10 minutes, then dot with butter, a little lemon juice on each, and finish cooking, about 5 minutes.
Serve with the juice.
