1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
2 In a large skillet or a heat proof serving dish, melt butter.
3 Add in the oil, half the parsley, the garlic powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice and mix well.
4 Combine shrimps tossing gently with butter mixture.
5 In the skillet, arrange shrimps in a singl layer.
6 Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or just until tender.
7 Sprinkle with chopped parsley and garnish with lemon wedges. serve directly from the skillet.
