 Scallops2 Pound
 Mushrooms1 pound, halved
 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prepared mustard1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shredded Cheddar cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Arrange scallops in a steaming rack; place over boiling water.
Cover and steam 10 minutes.
Transfer scallops to lightly greased individual baking dishes; set aside.
Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until onion is tender; set aside.
Combine mayonnaise and mustard; pour over scallops.
Top with onion mixture; sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Broil 5 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
