Scallops With Bacon Recipe

| Rashers | 8 | |
| Butter | 1 Ounce | |

Directions
Cook the rashers gently until done.
Remove to a hot dish and put the butter in the frying pan with the bacon fat.
Dredge scallops in seasoned flour, put into the hot butter, and cook gently.
Add to the bacon and serve with a garnish of watercress or lemon wedges.
