I love scallops - Just don't over cook them!

Ingredients
bacon salt (optional but it brings a nice light bacon flavor to the scallops)
pasta - I usually use small tubers for this one - kinda like a pastitsio noodles only smaller check your local middle eastern market
Directions
boil .5 # of the pasta (half package) according to the package
wash and dry the scallops - make sure they are bone dry!
dust with cumin and the bacon salt if using
pan sear for a few minutes on each side
brown some butter - mix in the cooked pasta
to plate - start with the pasta - pine nuts - a smidge of cheese - top with your scallops!
eat and enjoy
