Scallops En Brochette Recipe
Ingredients

| Rashers | 8 | |
| Button mushrooms | 16 | |
| Lemon juice | ||
| Butter | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Squeeze lemon juice over the scallops, and dust with a little pepper.
Wrap each in a rasher, and secure with wooden cocktail stick.
Put the rolls on a grill pan with the button mushrooms.
Dot with a little butter.
All will need to be turned about halfway through cooking time which should be about 10 minutes.
