Scallops Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| Green pepper | 1 Small | |
| Onion | 1 Medium | |
| Celery stalks | 4 | |
| Scallops package | 1 , frozen | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop green pepper, onion and celery.
Cover scallops with cold water in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Drain immediately.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter; mix with crumbs.
Saute green pepper, onion and celery in remaining butter for about 5 minutes.
Arrange layers of scallops, cheese and vegetables in greased :asserole; season each layer with salt and pepper.
Pour cream over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
