Scallops Pauline Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound scallops
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
4 pieces toast
Directions
Wash scallops.
If large-sized, cut in quarters.
Drain on paper towels.
