Scallops Continental with Wine Lime and Thyme Recipe
Ingredients
| Scallops | 12 | |
| Butter, to saute | ||
| Juice of 1 lime | ||
| Juice of 1 garlic clove | ||
| 1 pinch each salt and white pepper | ||
| 4 ounces Chablis wine | ||
| Sugar | 1 Pinch | |
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In butter, saute the scallops over medium flame along with the lime juice, garlic juice, salt and white pepper for about 3 minutes.
2) Take the scallops out and put them aside.
3) For about 2 minutes over the heat, whip sugar and Chablis to the sauce left behind in the pan. Add the thyme.
4) Pour the sauce all over the cooked scallops.
SERVING
5) Serve hot.
