1 pound scallops
 
3 tablespoons margarine
 
8 slices bacon
 
Salt and pepper

Directions

Cook scallops in margarine 5 minutes.
Cut bacon into 2-inch pieces.
Arrange bacon and scallops alternately on skewer.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
To bake, insert skewers in uncooked potato halves, so they will stand upright.
Bake.
