Scallops A La Jimmy Recipe
Ingredients
| Scallops | 1 pound | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Fine soft bread crumbs-1/3 cup | ||
| Garlic salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dry sherry | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon wedges-as needed | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Defrost frozen scallops and slice the large scallops in half horizontally.
MAKING
2) In a shallow baking pan, add 2 tablespoons butter and lay scallops in single layer.
3) Mix together bread crumbs, garlic salt, dry mustard, paprika, and remaining butter. Pour it over scallops.
4) Now, broil 4 inches away from heat until lightly browned for about 6 to 8 minutes.
5) The, drizzle wine over scallops.
