55 grams thinly sliced chorizo
 
6 prepared scallops
 
3 spring onions finely chopped
 
1 tbsp chopped parsley
 
Salt and freshly ground pepper
 
Squeeze lemon juice

Directions

1. Dry fry the chorizo. Take care not to burn.
2. When they are brown, take them out.
