Scalloped Turnips and Peas Recipe
Ingredients
Turnips - 2 cups, cooked, diced
Cheese - 1/2 cup grated
Peas - 1 cup, cooked
White sauce - 11/2 cups
Buttered crumbs - 1/2 cup
Paprika – to taste
Salt – to taste

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
MAKING
2. In a greased casserole, arrange turnips and peas in layers.
3. Top with white sauce.
4. Cover top with crumbs and cheese.
5. Season with paprika and salt.
