Scalloped Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz), cut into pieces | |
| 1/3 cup cheese cracker crumbs | ||
| Parsley flakes | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 slices crisp toast, cut in 1/4 to1/2 in. cubes | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 10 Gram | |
Directions
Mix the onion, tomatoes, crumbs, parsley flakes, sugar, and salt in a greased 1 1/4 quart shal low baking dish.
Spoon sour cream evenly over top.
Add toast cubes to hot butter in a skillet and toss until all sides are coated.
Spoon toast cubes over sour cream; sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Heat thoroughly in a 325°F oven about 20 minutes.
