Ingredients

 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz), cut into pieces
 1/3 cup cheese cracker crumbs
 Parsley flakes1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Seasoned salt1 Teaspoon
 Dairy sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 3 slices crisp toast, cut in 1/4 to1/2 in. cubes
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Parsley10 Gram

Directions

Mix the onion, tomatoes, crumbs, parsley flakes, sugar, and salt in a greased 1 1/4 quart shal low baking dish.
Spoon sour cream evenly over top.
Add toast cubes to hot butter in a skillet and toss until all sides are coated.
Spoon toast cubes over sour cream; sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Heat thoroughly in a 325°F oven about 20 minutes.
