Scalloped Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 teaspoon Angostura aromatic bitters | ||
| 2 cups canned or packaged croutons | ||
| Onion slices | ||
Directions
Put tomatoes in a mixing bowl; add Angostura, stirring thoroughly.
Put a layer of tomatoes in a buttered casserole; add a layer of croutons, then a second layer of tomatoes.
Line the edges of the casserole with croutons; top with onion slices.
Bake in preheated 350° F oven 15 minutes.
