Scalloped Potatoes With Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 x 15 oz can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
| Potatoes | 1 1/2 Pound, thinly sliced | |
| 8 x 1/4-inch slices Meat Loaf | ||
Directions
Mix together the soup, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour a little of the mixture into a baking dish.
Top with a layer of sliced potato, then cover with four slices of Meat Loaf and another layer of potato.
Add half of the remaining soup mixture.
Arrange a layer of potatoes and remaining meat loaf on top and pour the last of the liquid over all.
Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour.
Serve hot.
