Classic Scalloped Potatoes With Pepper Recipe

Ingredients

 
4 medium potatoes peeled, and sliced with the slicing disk
 
1 medium onion, sliced with the slicing disk
 
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
 
About 2 cups milk
 
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Directions

Layer the potato and onion slices in a greased baking dish.
Season each layer with salt and pepper.
Add milk to within 1/2 inch from the top.
Dot with butter and bake, un covered, at 350°F for 1 1/4 hours.
