Potatoes – 6 medium
 
Flour – 2 tablespoons
 
Salt – 1 teaspoon
 
Pepper – just a dash
 
Onion – 2 tablespoons, grated
 
Green Pepper – ½ cup, diced
 
Butter or Margarine – 2 tablespoons
 
Milk – 2 cups, heated
 
Flour – 2 tablespoons
 
Salt – 1 teaspoon
 
Pepper – just a dash
 
Onion – 2 tablespoons, grated

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350F
2) Under running water, wash the potatoes and using a sharp knife, pare and peel the potatoes
3) Grease a baking dish

MAKING
4) Place half the potatoes in the baking dish
5) Sprinkle in the half the flour, salt, pepper, onion, green pepper and the butter
6) Add the remaining potatoes and sprinkle in remaining flour, salt, pepper, onion, green pepper and the butter
7) Pour the milk over the potatoes
8) Cover the dish with a lid and bake for 30 minutes
9) Take off the lid and bake for 15 minutes longer till the top is browned like a crust

SERVING
10) Serve warm
