Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Arrange a layer of peaches on bottom of greased baking dish.
3.Place half of apples over the peaches.
4.Sprinkle with salt.
5.Add remainder of peaches and apples and sprinkle again with salt.
6.Spread sugar over the top, then crumbs, and add water last.
7.Cover baking dish first 30 minutes so crumbs will not brown too rapidly.
8.Bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes.
