Ingredients

 Butter6 Tablespoon
 Fine cracker crumbs- 2 cups
 Oysters1 Pint
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley- as required
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.In a pan, melt butter, add crumbs and mix properly
3.In a greased baking dish, spread 1/3 of the mixture
4.Arrange half the oysters in one layer on top and cover with half the remaining crumbs
5.Season with salt and pepper and add a second layer of oysters and crumbs
6.Season one again
7.Pour the milk over the top
8.Finally bake for 30 minutes or until top is brown
9.Garnish with parsley
SERVING
10.Serve with salads, vegetables or a sauce of your choice
TIPS
No more than 2 layers of oysters should be used, otherwise the top and bottom layers will be overcooked and tough before those in the middle are well heated through
