Scalloped Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs- 2, hard-cooked | ||
| Medium white sauce- 2 cups | ||
| Fish- 2 cups, flaked and cooked | ||
| Bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Take a strainer and rub the egg yolks through a sieve and chop the egg whites
3.Mix well with white sauce
4.In a greased baking dish, arrange alternate layers of fish and sauce
5.Season fish with salt and pepper
6.Now cover the seasoned fish with buttered crumbs
7.Finally bake for 20 minutes or until crumbs are browned
