Ingredients

 
Onion – 1 small, chopped
 
Green Pepper – ½, diced
 
Butter or Margarine – 3 tablespoons
 
Canned Whole Kernel Corn – 1 (1 pound)
 
Milk or Light Cream – ¼ cup
 
Salt – ½ teaspoon
 
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
 
Crushed Potato Chips – 2 cups

Directions

MAKING
1) In a frying pan, melt some butter and sauté the onion and green pepper till tender
2) Add in the corn with the liquid, milk, salt and pepper
3) Grease a casserole and preheat the oven to 375F
4) Place a layer of the corn mixture in the casserole and layer in the potato chips
5) Repeat the layers till the top most layer ends with the potato chips
6) Bake in the oven for 25 minutes till the top is crisp

SERVING
7) Serve the dish warm
