Scalloped Corn And Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups corn kernels (about 4 ears)
3 cups cubed, cooked chicken
2 tablespoons minced green peppers
2 tablespoons finely minced onions
1 1/2 cups soft whole-grain bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine corn, chicken, green peppers, onions, and 1 cup of the bread crumbs.
Add eggs and milk and turn into a greased l 1/2-quart ovenproof casserole.
Top with remaining bread crumbs, dot with butter, and bake about 25 minutes.
