Easy Scalloped Corn Recipe
This scalloped corn preparation is made with eggs, milk and cracker crumbs. Mixed together and seasoned to taste, the scalloped corn is baked with dotted butter and can be served as a side.
Ingredients
1 16 oz. can cream style corn
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
Directions
Mix all together.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Dot with butter.
Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
