Cream- style corn-1, (16-ounces) can
 
Onion-1/4 cup, chopped
 
Salt- 1 teaspoon
 
Celery -1/2 cup, chopped (optional)
 
American cheese -2/3 cup, shredded (optional)
 
Paprika -1/4 teaspoon (optional)
 
Cracker crumbs-1 cup

Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix together all ingredients and add cracker crumbs at last.
2)Take a 1 1/2-quart casserole and put the mixture in it.
3)Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted comes out clean.

SERVING
4)Serve Scallop corn hot.
