Scalloped Clams Recipe
Ingredients
| Clams in shells- 6 | ||
| Clams | 18 | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Bacon | 48 | |
| Fine cracker crumbs- 4 tablespoons | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 375F degrees
2.Also open 6 clams carefully, make sure not to break any shells
MAKING
3.Now scrub the shells with water and a brush
4.In each shell, place 2 clams and sprinkle lightly with pepper
5.Now add 1/2 teaspoon celery and 4 bacon cubes to each
6.Dust with cracker crumbs and dot with butter
7.In a baking pan, place the shells
8.Bake in moderate oven
