1.Start by preheating the oven to 400F degrees
2.In a greased baking dish, place a layer of the cooked cauliflower, then a layer of egg slices or of grated cheese, then a layer of white sauce.
3.Repeat until all the cauliflower is used.
4.Put a layer of crumbs over the top and bake in a moderate oven for 15-30 minutes.
5.A bit of cayenne pepper or paprika may be added for additional seasoning.
6.Serve with a sauce of your choice or with any appetizer
