Scalloped Tomatoes With Celery Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Bread slice | 3 , cut into cubes |
Directions
MAKING
1. In 2-quart casserole, put together butter or margarine, onion and celery.
2. Cover the casserole.
3. Cook on High for 3 minutes.
4. Add sugar, salt, flour and pepper.
5. Cook on High for 1 minute.
6. Add tomatoes and stir.
7. Cover again.
8. Cook on High for 3 minutes.
9. Remove cover.
10. Top with toast bread cubes.
11. Cook on High 2 minutes more.
SERVING
12. Serve hot.
