Ingredients
1 box (5 1/2 ounces) scalloped potatoes
2 1/4 cups boiling water
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Mix ingredients in order directed on box, using quantities and casserole size given here.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 18 to 20 MINUTES on '6', or until potatoes are tender and most of liquid is absorbed.
NOTE: Larger casserole is necessary to prevent over boiling.
If drier potatoes are desired, use liquid as directed on box, a 2-quart casserole, and cook uncovered.
For ovens without solid state heat control, MICROWAVE 22 to 24 MINUTES on '5
