Scalloped Potatoes With Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Boiled potatoes | 5 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 2 c. creamy cottage cheese | ||
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4 c. minced green onion | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| American Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
Directions
Combine cottage cheese, cream, onion, etc.
Fold in potatoes.
Using a 1 1/2 qt. buttered casserole, pour in mixture - top with cheese, and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
