Ingredients

 6 medium-sized potatoes
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Salt2 1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Butter/Margarine3 Tablespoon
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Milk2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Pare potatoes very thinly. Slice in very thin slices and place in a greased casserole or baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with flour, salt, and pepper. Dot with bits of butter or margarine.
4. Pour milk over top of potatoes.
5. Cover and bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes to brown top of potatoes.
