Healthy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 cups very thinly sliced raw potatoes | ||
| Onion | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| All purpose flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Hot milk | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Put a layer of potato and onion in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with greased part of flour, salt, and pepper.
Dot with butter.
Repeat; top with a layer of potato.
Dot with butter.
Add enough hot milk almost to cover potato.
Bake, covered, in preheated moderate oven (375 F.) for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer.
