Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 1 Kilogram, thinly sliced | |
| 2 1/2 cups soya milk | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Place potatoes in a baking dish coated with curd. Liquify all other ingredients and pour over potatoes.
2. Cover with parchment paper, then foil and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 375 °C. Test if done.
3. Remove foil and parchment paper, sprinkle with paprika and return to oven just long enough to brown.
