Ingredients
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 peeled and thinly sliced medium potatoes
Directions
Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
In 4-cup glass measure, combine melted butter and flour. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Add onion flakes, salt and pepper. Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
In 2-quart (7" x 11") baking dish, alternate potatoes and sauce.
Convection Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
