Microwave Peppered Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| All purpose flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion flakes | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Potatoes | 6 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
In 4 cup glass measure, combine melted butter and flour; gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
Add onion flakes, salt and pepper.
Microwave at medium HIGH (7) 7 to 9 minutes, until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened, stirring every 3 minutes.
In 2-quart casserole, alternately layer potatoes and sauce.
Cover.
Microwave at medium HIGH (7) 25 to 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
TO COOK BY COMBINATION: Insert metal acces sory rack.
