Scalloped Oysters With Butter And Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1/8 teaspoon pepper Ground mace | ||
| Oysters | 2 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| 1/4 cup dry sherry or water | ||
Directions
1. Place butter in 4-cup glass measure.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until melted. Blend in bread crumbs, cheese, pepper and mace. Arrange half of crumb mixture in bottom of 1 1/2-quart (10 x 6) glass baking dish. Spoon oysters evenly over crumbs. Pour oyster liquid and sherry over all. Top with remaining crumbs.
3. Microwave on ROAST for 9 to 10 minutes or until oysters are hot. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
