Scalloped Oysters Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 pint oysters
 
2 cups fine cracker crumbs
 
4 tablespoons margarine
 
1 can condensed chicken gumbo soup

Directions

Drain and reserve liquid from oysters.
Place one layer oysters in large baking dish; season to taste and cover with layer of crumbs and half of soup mixture.
Repeat layers.
Dot with margarine and bake until edges of oysters curl and top is browned.
