 Cooked white potatoes/Diced cooked sweet potatoes2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Minced onion2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Chopped parsley1 Tablespoon
 Beef bouillon cube1
 Water/Leftover vegetable water1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Then add the bouillon cube which has been dissolved in the water.
Pour, into a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole,-then bake in a moderate oven of 350°F for 1 hr.
