 2 c. diced, leftover, cooked beef
 2 c. diced, cooked, white or sweet potatoes
 2 tablesp. minced onion
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 1 tablesp. chopped parsley
 Beef1
 1 c. water or leftover vegetable water

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Then add the bouillon cube which has been dissolved in the water.
Pour, into a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole,-then bake in a moderate oven of 350°F for 1 hr.
