Scalloped Hash Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 c. diced, leftover, cooked beef | ||
| 2 c. diced, cooked, white or sweet potatoes | ||
| 2 tablesp. minced onion | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablesp. chopped parsley | ||
| Beef | 1 | |
| 1 c. water or leftover vegetable water | ||
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients.
Then add the bouillon cube which has been dissolved in the water.
Pour, into a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole,-then bake in a moderate oven of 350°F for 1 hr.
