Scalloped Ham N Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded cabbage | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed or 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked ham | 3 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| French-fried onion rings, if desired | ||
Directions
In 2-quart casserole, mix cabbage with flour and caraway seed.
Stir in milk and ham.
Cook covered, 11 minutes or until cabbage is desired doneness.
Top with onion rings just before serving.
