 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed or 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked ham3 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
 French-fried onion rings, if desired

Directions

In 2-quart casserole, mix cabbage with flour and caraway seed.
Stir in milk and ham.
Cook covered, 11 minutes or until cabbage is desired doneness.
Top with onion rings just before serving.
