 Thinly sliced potatoes3 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), pared
 2 c. cooked ham strips about 1 1/2" x 1/2"
 Onions2/3 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 2 c. Thin White Sauce

Directions

Arrange the potatoes, ham, and onions in alternate layers in a 1 1/2 qt greased or oiled covered casserole.
Pour the white sauce over all; cover and bake in a moderately hot oven of 375°F for 45 min.
Remove the cover and bake about 30 min longer, or until the potatoes are tender.
