Ingredients

 Butter4 Tablespoon
 Flour4 Tablespoon
 Half and Half2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 tap. salt
 Pepper1 Dash
 Dash cayenne
 Dash paprika
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon
 2 c. cut crab, shrimp or lobster
 Soft bread crumbs1/4 Cup (16 tbs), buttered

Directions

Melt butter.
Add flour, then half & half and seasonings.
Stir until thick.
Add crab.
Put in casserole dish and top with crumbs.
Bake at 350° for 20 min.
