Scalloped Crab Recipe
Ingredients
12 to 16 ounces crab meat (about 2 to 2 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups soda cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
About 1 cup milk

Directions
Arrange a layer of crab in the bottom of a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole or 9-inch-square baking pan.
Sprinkle generously with cracker crumbs; dot with butter and season with salt (if crumbs are salted, salt sparingly), pepper, and paprika.
Repeat layers until all crab meat and crumbs are used, then add enough milk to moisten well.
Bake in a 375° oven about 30 minutes.
