Rich Scalloped Corn Supreme Recipe Video

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups crumbled crackers, set aside 1/2 cup for topping
2 (14 ounce) cans cream-style corn
1 cup milk
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In a saucepan, over medium heat, mix together corn and milk.
Gradually stir in egg.
Then add 1 cup crumbled crackers, dried minced onion and salt.
Mix until well combined and heat until it almost comes to a boil.
Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour mixture into prepared dish.
In a small bowl, pour melted butter over 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, mix, and sprinkle on top of mixture.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

Hi perceptiveeye! How have you been? I hope you are doing great! Thank you for the beautiful comments. I truly appreciate it. I just made this as a side dish for Thanksgiving and it was great! This really goes great holiday meals of turkey, ham, or even chicken! Honestly, I could eat of bowl of this all by itself for dinner! So yummy. Hope you can give it a try. Cook longer to make it a firmer consistency. I was so hungry when I filmed this that I took it out early and it was a bit runny. It was still very good. Hope you well! Lots of hugs to you and yours!
