Scalloped Corn With Plain Crackers Recipe
Ingredients

| Undiluted evaporated milk | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 , minced | |
| 4 cups finely broken unsalted plain crackers | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup fine cracker crumbs | ||
Directions
Drain corn liquid into saucepan and add enough evaporated milk to make 3 cups.
Heat liquid with 1 1/4 cups butter and onion.
Pour over broken crackers.
Add corn and seasonings and pour into greased shallow baking dishes.
Melt remaining 1/4 cup butter and mix with fine crumbs.
Sprinkle on mixture.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) about 30 minutes.
