Scalloped Cod and Shellfish Recipe
Ingredients
| Quick | 2 Dozen, frozen | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon onion juice | ||
| Tabasco sauce | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked | 2 Cup (16 tbs), flaked | |
| 1/4 cup oyster liquor or water | ||
| Bread crumbs | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
Directions
1. Start oven, set at Hot, 450° F. Rub a baking dish with butter or margarine.
2. Dip the oysters or clams in the melted butter or margarine mixed with the lemon and onion juice and the Tabasco sauce. Arrange a layer of fish in the baking dish. Place the oysters or clams on top of the fish, cover with the rest of the cod and pour in the oyster liquor or water. Top with the buttered bread crumbs. If the cod is not the salt variety, sprinkle both oysters and fish with 1/2 teaspoon salt. 3. Bake 20 minutes.
