Scalloped Bologna Bake Recipe

 Scalloped potato package1
 1 ring (1-lb.) coarse ground bologna,skinned and cut in 3/4-inch skices

Directions

Use 1/4 cup less water than amount recommended in mix.
Pour water over potatoes in 2-quart casserole.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Add bologna slices, sauce mix and milk, omit butter or margarine.
Cover.
Microwave 12 to 17 minutes on medium or until potatoes are tender.
